Utilizing the days of the week via the planet they are ruled by. 

If you feel like there is much to do and so little time, astrology can help! The days in our week are named after the traditional planets, therefore the days are ruled by those planets. We can be guided by the planets with our to-do lists!

Each planet rules certain things, areas of our life, & ways of acting or being. Thus we can use the planets to support our day-to-day lives. Here is a brief and certainly not complete list of specifics for each day of the week according to its planetary ruler:

Mondays are ruled by the Moon. The Moon represents the general public, our homes, & our emotions. Cleaning and tidying-up your home or work space is great for these days. Connecting with people on an emotional level will offer more compassion, understanding, and sympathy for others. Honor your emotions.

Tuesdays are ruled by Mars. Mars represents our actions, will-power, & courage. This day of the week is great for workouts, risky or courageous tasks, pioneering new adventures, & having gusto to do what’s needed. Use and move your body.  

Wednesdays are ruled by Mercury. Mercury represents information, communications of all sorts, & traveling. Utilize this busy energy for networking, running errands, & sending messages. Use your mind.

Thursdays are ruled by Jupiter. Jupiter is all about growth and development. Take advantage of these days by visualizing the big picture, seeking wisdom, & being your own cheerleader. Be joyful & optimistic.

Fridays are ruled by Venus. Venus represents our relationships, resources, & our skills. More than just the love planet, Venus rules all of our one-on-one relationships, therefore invest in any of your relationships. Creativity is also under Venus, therefore indulge your inner artist.

Saturdays are ruled by Saturn. Saturn dominates our duties & wisdom that comes with experience. Sounds a bit opposite of what our modern day Saturdays turn out to be, but we can be our own boss which Saturn is all about! Take personal responsibility.

Sundays are ruled by the Sun. The Sun represents our purpose, vitality & our ego. These days we can put ourselves in the spotlight with self-care tasks, hobbies, being creative, & anything that relates to our calling in life. Be shiny & confident.
